I've only gotten take out from here, but it's always good and fairly priced. If I'm ordering in for sushi, this is my go-to... place. I wish they had more creative appetizers though. I'd love to see some Japanese pickles or onigiri or something. Read more

My son and I LOVE Kabuki Sushi! He's a picky 12 year old that won't eat a tuna sandwich... But ONE TRIP to Kabuki and suddenly... he eats salmon, crab, tempura... Anything we can put in rice and seaweed! Haha! I keep recommending it to all of my coworkers. They have SO MANY different custom and traditional rolls (we're still trying to make our way through the entire menu! I lovethat they offer more than just tuna, salmon, crab and tempura. Their unagi is so good) and such fresh ingredients. We've beengoing here since we moved to Cotati/Rohnert Park about 4 years ago and we have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is incrediblysweet and the chefs are artists. I have to take pictures every time because they food is as beautiful as it tastes! Anyone thatsays the staff is rude probably had it coming.. I've never seen them be anything but sweet and we eat in the restaurant mosttimes. Please give them a try for yourself! Also - I've NEVER questioned the cleanliness of the restaurant. Never had a dirtydish and the glasses didn't even have water spots. Don't understand the negative reviews AT ALL. Read more

This is my favorite place for sushi in Petaluma. A lot of people enjoy paradise because the all you can eat but they use... imitation crab and kabuki uses real crab and I love crab real crab is very important in sushi. Definitely recommend the bakedscallop roll and the north 101 both so delicious and the Toro tuna was delicious also Read more

We have been loyal to this restaurant for almost a year, until my partner and I got violently ill, and three days later have yet... to be healthy again. We had 101-102 fevers after eating this sushi. Our neighbor had breakfast, lunch and dinner with us, butshe opted out of eating sushi. She was the only one not violently ill. I even had to cancel a business trip because I was toofaint and feverish to fly. Please contact the Sonoma County Environmental Health board or your district manager or supervisorif you become ill after eating here. We will never go back. The Environmental Health Specialist let us know that there are notappropriate cleaning stations at this restaurant. I now have to make assumptions as to how we have gotten so ill, since thecounty cannot make that conclusion. The two hand-washing stations for sushi preparers were clogged and had no soap or cleaningsupplies. Meaning that the only area for the people working here to clean their hands after handling raw meat and serving pplwas in a back station. This is most likely how we got to be so violently ill. The idea of this makes me want to throw up allover again, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to eat solid food since Saturday and it is now Tuesday as I am writing thisreview. I'm sure they will try to clean up their act since they were visited by the health board, and i drove by today and sawthat they are hiring a new sushi chef, but this is so unacceptable to run a business in this way. We are both young and healthy, but if we weren't, this could have hospitalized both of us. Please choose another restaurant, one that never cuts corners onsanitation when delivering raw fish to people. And please, do not write a google review or yelp review first if you get foodpoisoning. Contact the county. Read more
