Usually my experience is quite pleasant. However the last two times I've been there have been made really uncomfortable. The... gentleman working the register was very pleasant and professional. When he turned to ask what i presume to be the manager asimple question. The short individual literally swore at him in front of customers and continued to berate him for severalminutes audibly. In the mean time the gentleman working the register was running around like crazy. Taking orders, refillingcondiments, and wiping tables. Whilst the short individual was on his phone and barking at other employees. My girl and i didn'teven feel comfortable inside.
