I was there Saturday older woman serving cash,I had the meal deal I said "Do you have butterscotch?" Flat out No, not even to... say its butterscotch. So I said chocolate.My cousin ordered and she got her caramel. I know covid took away business butcustomer service will bring them back. Not me. Read more
I am a regular customer and had minor problems in the past that have been upsetting but nothing to complain about. I have... absolutely had enough with the poop service! The staff except for 3 I?ve noticed who truly care about there job one is a cookanother being a cashier and your greatest employee I?ve particularly asked her name! She?s a youth manager named Heaven! Bestemployee you have very caring and polite! 3 of my past 5 orders have been a complete mess and with great regret of somethingdoes not happen or I?m not reimbursed for the terrible service I will be letting everyone I know about the situation going on! Iwill be going as far as reporting this to our local news paper! I?m looking forward to hearing from you and what you can do tohelp with this continuing problems. Thanks so much Read more

I usually don?t write bad reviews as I know what it?s like working In fast food and like to try to give the benefit of the doubt... but I went to get a blizzard today and was left sitting at the drive through pickup window for over 5 minutes as I saw myblizzard on the table inside no employee took my payment and there were several employees standing inside talking not lookinglike they were busy whatsoever and clearly saw me and did not take it upon themselves to help me.
