Terrible! Just terrible! This is the worst freshii locations so far and there were no other options either in Peterborough. The... portion sizes are kid size. The extra toppings when you ask them, they'll put half a scoop even if you pay for a full scoop.Don't even get me started on the sauces. They purposefully serve less sauce so that you'd have to get extra with the regularamount of toppings and base. The staff is very unhelpful and petty. Don't really care about you or your order. The personflashing a $20 buck tip gets a world class service but for an average Joe on a student budget, it's "the-exit's-that-way" sir.Whose working them? Cruella de Ville? What's wrong with the fake eagerness for a better experience? If you can't beauthentically service minded, why even work here ? They look underpaid, overworked, and exhausted. It seems freshii is a great place as long as you?re going to pick up your meal. Tried to order from skip at 7 in the evening... and after selecting dishes for 15 minutes was informed that they are closed to delivery. Was told to download the app which Idid and it doesn?t work. I really wish they would just tell me they don?t want my business instead of making me jump through athousand hoops that still leave me with no food. WORST RESTAURANT IN PETERBOROUGH hands down. WAY over priced for very little. $10.99 for a bowl of rice with 4 vegetables in it. At least add chicken. All i got was a... teaspoon of beans, 3 half cut tomatoes, a teaspoon of corn and 1/4 of an avacado. The avacado was no bigger than my thumb i kidyou not. I can barely taste the sauce which is not even visible. That's it for $10.99. get the hell out of here!. I had to comehome and add my own chicken, my own, carrots, my own cucumber. I can see through your games. I won't be going back there anytime soon. There are other places in town that do bowls for less and give you more. You've lost a customer for life. Read more
I love Freshii but come on you guys got my order wrong and I ordered through the Uber Eats app for pickup with instructions... added. I paid for extra sauce and barely got any. I said no black beans in my bowl and there are black beans ?. Please readthrough your orders, they were added in there for a reason and the extra cost should be noted for extra adds. Read more
