the old gentleman i believe is the owner is always rude and over charging. everytime i have something to talk about about the... service or the food which is hit and miss. pizza is great wings are great but the taco meat poutine was so bad and almost 20dollars. it was so bad my kids couldn't even eat it. i requested a refund in the poutine and he hung up on me. the next day iordered a turkey club and an sub special (7.99 +5.50) 13.50 plus tax. tried charging me 21$ and when i questioned him when i gothome he hung up on me again.I eat here quite often and the woman manager is very sweet and awesome ti order from. he needs angermanagement and am disgusted by the way he treats his customers. if i could give 0 stars i would. sadly he always acts this way.i've never felt more offended by a good purchase in my life. I have only been to Southside Pizza twice, but I have really enjoyed myself, and the 10 or so people I've met up with here. It... is a quaint little, almost out of the way dinner that has delicious food! The owners didn't even encouraged us to move thetables together so we can enjoy each other's company more! There is a hidden gem here too... Possibly the best and cleanestwashrooms I've had to use in quite a while! *Other than my home* For obvious reasons, I won't post pictures of in there, butit's worth a meal to check out! Read more

Hit or Miss sometimes I have had a great experience & other times service has been terrible. I believe the consistency could be... better as you can practically guess who's cooking based off the taste, temperature of the food.
