Went here to celebrate a family members birthday, a guy in our group apparently had an altercation with someone. Security comes... up and said I have to go and I asked "why what did I do?" As I just ordered some drinks. Refuses to tell me anything and thenpushes me through the crowd. I was not physical what so ever, we go outside and I ask the other security guard what I did wrong,he said he doesn't know. I get to talk to the first guy and he says I was making threaten gestures towards someone, I asked whatgestures did I do and to who? He says"I dont need to go over the details' says its my fault everyone is standing out in the coldnow. I wasn't intoxicated, I wasn't unorderley, I wasnt rude. I didn't threaten anyone, I still don't know who the guy was. Thenthe security guard says oh I asked you to leave and instead you kept asking me "why, what did I do" so then I pushed you. Iasked for a refund for the drinks I payed for and didn't get, I was denied that. The cameras should show I never even talked tothis guy I was apparently threatening. The rest of the staff was reasonable for the most part but that one security shouldn't beassaulting customers like that unprovoked. If I did that in my work I would be charged. Read more

The female security guards here are on a real power trip and it really explains why the junction is empty on a Friday when the... social full. Kicking out every girl in the bathroom because one person is gagging in a single stall. I think proper training isneeded here. Read more

Wow literally turned 19 in May, have not ever had a problem with getting in anywhere with my ID before, since it literally looks... like me. The guy asks me for a second piece, only had my health card on my phone, that apparently doesn't even look like me.Like just windblown, since all my friends don't really like their ID pictures got in no problems. Literally the only one out ofmy friends that actually look like my ID photo. Literally came to Peterborough to see my friend for a night, waited in that linefor 2 hours to have him not understand that its me in the photo so all my friends ended up leaving. This place needs to actuallylearn to read ID, like nose the same, eyes the same, same mouth, same face shape, but different hair not her. Read more

got in with my REAL ID, which i?ve gotten in multiple times with here before, was there for a total of 10 minutes and was... followed into the bathroom by two security guards demanding to see my ID. i showed it and answered all their questions (whilestill in the bathroom) and then they kicked me out saying it was fake. Even the security guard who first let me in said it wasreal but then changed his answer to fake. maybe teach your staff to read a real ID and not to corner people in the bathroom. Read more
