Very disappointed with the service that I've received in the last 24hours. I went to this location about 30 min to close, I got... two burgers and some chicken nuggies. I just had a long day and I've always known this location to have the best burgers out ofthe other locations in Peterborough. Though I was extremely horrified at the "meal" I recieved that night. My burgers werenearly raw and so soaked in grease that it was like it was purposely redipped in the fryer with the bun on. I've never recievedsomething as horrible as this in my entire life especially at this location. So there was only about 10 minutes to close so Ididn't have the time to turn around and come back even though I tried. I tried calling which I was ignored both times beforeclosing. So I took pictures of my food and called again in the morning. After being ignored 4 times I send an email complaintthrough the "contact us option' I've been ignored though everything and I'm writing this review in hopes that someone willrespond back about receiving RAW food. If the manager or headquarters would like to contact me you can find my complaint in youremails. Honeslty I'm so horrified I may never eat at this location again and a complete waste of $36.50. I would give negitivestars If I could. It's not right to serve raw food. I know sometimes it can be a mistake but it was on both my burgers, italmost seems intentional, especially with ignoring my attempts of contact. Read more
It was fast, it was food. Removing a star because they advertised a $4 Dave's single and charged 6.19 for it, and when we asked... why it wasn't $4 they just repeated that it was a Dave's single. Read more
Getting really tired of not getting what I ordered, this will be the last time you rip me off ! I pay for lrg fries and get... med , I get crushed in lids on my drinks . I would rather go across town to dine at another location before I will enter yourdoors / drive thru again . Read more
