Drive thru messes up my order nearly every visit and has charged me wrong multiple times, yesterday being the most recent time.... Had to go back for a refund and was given cash even though I paid with card but a refund is a refund I guess. Honestly, I blamemanagement. Properly trained employees don't make constant mistakes like that. I know. I worked subway and was properly trained.Won't be going to this location again since I only went because oaklands doesn't have a drive thru. Read more
