Whatever you do don't go here during night shift hours. They are rude in the drive thru and when you ask for made to order food... it seems like a issue. They will say ok and then turn around give you cold a*@ food like you aren't going to check it. Thencatch a attitude when you want your order re-made. This is the job you signed up for so if the customer wants hot food what doyou expect. If you don't like your job or the job descriptions get another job. If the shoe was on the other foot the workerswouldn't want no cold a$# food either, especially if it been sitting !!... Food alway sitting never fresh, ate there 3 weeks ago and got sick from the apple pies, usually the pie slides right out of the... little box but not that time I couldn't even shake it out. Mcdees in colonial heights on the Blvd has got to be the mostdisrespectful mcdees. Most people get fired for bad service but they got few same ppl from 7 plus years ago. Read more

Absolutely dreadful experience. It took 25 minutes from the time I placed my order on the kiosk until I received it At the front... counter. After I had waited over 20 minutes I asked for a manager and was told we could keep waiting or get a refund those areour only 2 choices. Since I had already invested 20 minutes I opted to wait but overheard the tall female manager Tell the otheremployees that the customers who were complaining could "get on up out of here she didn't have time for it". So incrediblyrude. More detail below: Absolutely AWFUL experience. Placed order at 2:30pm. Waited for TWENTY MINUTES. At 22 mins I askedto speak to a manager. Tall African American woman came to speak to me and she was obviously irritated or stressed. The LobbyWAS FULL of people waiting for orders like me. I advised the manager i had been standing there for 22 minutes and she told me Icould "Keep waiting or get a refund, those were our only 2 options". Two customers who were behind me and were also VERYFRUSTRATED at the amount of time it was taking for simple orders piped up and said, "We will take a refund". I opted to wait asI had already invested 25 minutes at this point. The mgr told me how they did not have enough employees and they had "JUSTopened the lobby back up after covid" and were understaffed. Then as she walked away back toward the drive through window Ioverheard her (she was not speaking quietly, or in any way trying to hide her attitude, and she WANTED ME TO HEAR HER) tell theman working the orders for the lobby, that "If they (meaning the crowd of frustrated people waiting in her lobby) don't like it,they can GET UP ON OUTTA HERE I don't have time for this". I have NEVER experienced this attitude at a MCD's before. Thismanager needs to find another line of work. Her customer service skills are Abysmal! Read more
