So this is how we(husband/me) ended up at Quabbin Woods Restaurant this morning for breakfast. In the last 3-4 months I have... had to go to UMASS Memorial Hospital numerous times. Not for myself of course. Anyways, If I can avoid highway driving, I willgrasp at an alternative way. Guess what. You can go a backroad kinda of way to get there (umass) in case you forgot. I would seethe restaurant, think to myself. Have to go there sometime. Today was the day. We arrived a little early. New it was a goodchoice before even going in. Numerous cars pulled in while we waited for them to open. Needless to say I'm sorry I/wewaited so long ????. The service(waitresses-Danielle and Kyla) were both very friendly and greeted us when we came through thedoor. Compliments to the chefs/cooks. My Irish Benedict ??. I can't say enough about this place. Every aspect of this business is 5 star. The place is nestled in one of Massachusetts most... beautiful areas. Very clean restaraunt. Service was simply wonderful. Atmosphere great. And the food? You just have to try it.These people take every part of their job seriously. Excellent. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. This place was awesome , great service and food! The people who are saying that this place was terrible and giving low star... reviews need to have respect and be grateful they even got food. I loved the food i got served and other people with lesssatisfied need to be more kind. Put yourself in there shoes. Thank you for your service. I also think the workers are so kind !And respectful! I don?t know why the low star reviews are acting like this. You should never speak like that unless you knowwhat they are going threw and what?s it like to be put in their shoes. The apple pancakes were HUGE and very delicious. So many apples and a nice cinnamon sort of glaze on top. Definitely would go... again. Read more
