I mean it's McDonald's. There was a new employee running the till so there was that, other than trying to figure out what keys... to press for a iced mocha he did a good job. My husband got a double quarter pounder tonight and when we opened the half crushed boxed, the burger looked like it was old and... burnt. When he called up to ask for a new one, she proceeded to call him a lier. When he said I will bring you the burger, shesaid why would you bring it up after you already smashed it. I then called her back and told her it doesn?t matter and ifsomeone wants a refund or exchange it for a new, you?re supposed to do it. She then tried to tell me that?s now how it works,but it is. Service is speedy, but only if you're in the drive thru. For dine in I was waiting an average of 25 minutes during peak... periods.
