Amazing food. Very fresh, the Greek nachos are a must try a perfect blend of flavors. Quick service, very cute atmosphere. The other reviews were 100% on point
Casual dinning with excellent service, spot-on flavors, and lives up to it high google rating. We ordered the Zeus Greek Salad (added Falafel), Original gyro, Tabbouleh, and Baklava. The salad was tasty and HUGE. It comprised of a mixed bed of lettuce, beets, red onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, and a large portion of kalamata olives, artichoke, and feta. The disk shaped falafel had a crisp shell with a beautifully soft center. The Original meat Gyro was standard with soft grilled pita bread and spot-on tzatziki (creamy cucumber sauce). When I first saw the gyro, I was a bit worried about the number of onions, but they proved to be sweet instead of jarring. The original was so good I did not think to take a picture till it was finished (oops). I don?t often finish my dessert, but I loved this walnut Baklava and ate all of my share. It was flaky, correctly spiced and served at room temperature. SO Good! Portions were generous so we had to take the tabbouleh home. Mim?s is a Petoskey gem! We will definitely be back.
Our first trip of the season and it won't be our last! Love coming in here - the owner remembers us and makes time to have conversation. He is such a great guy, and the food NEVER disappoints! At 1pm, there weren't any spare tables, which speaks to the quality of the food, IMHO. If you are in the area, definitely stop in! Fresh perch on Thursdays and Fridays.
Service was impeccable. Very very nice and welcoming staff. Food was so good I was crying. Had to visit mr tire next door and decided to eat some authentic Greek cuisine. 11/10 would pop a tire so we could eat here again. Get the hades shrimp. They won?t even harass you for mispronouncing gyro! They really slayed.
Service +1 ? The waiter and cashier were incredibly nice. I had questions about whether something was vegan or not and he knew exactly what was and what wasn't. He also let me look at the back of the pita bread, which most places don't let you do. Facilities +1 ? This restaurant is very clean and tidy. They take care of their customers and wipe everything down. Food +1 ? Oh my goodness. The food was amazing. I ordered a veggie gyro. it was absolutely amazing. Price +1 ? The price is just right for a mediterranean place. Atmosphere +1 ? It is a cute little cottage looking place that has a "sunshine and good food" vibes. Overall I highly recommend this place. ?
Unexpected delight just outside Petoskey proper. Good Mediterranean meal (amazing spicy Feta sauce!!) and friendly staff. Would definitely go again next time we are in area.
I'm so glad I stopped her. By far, the best gyro I've ever had. The meat was over flowing and yummy. The bread was delicious. I also has the spankatopia. It was also yummy. I encourage anyone to stop there. Service was very curtious and friendly.
Amazing place!! We are visiting from out of town and came here for the amazing reviews! So glad we found this. Great food, very clean and very nice staff. Will definitely be back before we go.
