Carryout order of Tonkatsu Ramen with the Yam noodles - ridiculously overpriced, even taking inflation into account. Two thin... pieces of pork, a couple slices of nasty-tasting bamboo, an egg, a tablespoon of spinach, and maybe a cup of noodles. The brothis not in the picture. The food was meh at best. I won?t be back. The local Vietnamese restaurants serve much better food. Read more

Okay so this review has two parts, The food and the price. The food truly was delicious and filling. I was just able to finish... my bowl but my 8-year-old daughter was not. I grew up with a good friend being from Laos and he taught me how to make greatgourmet ramen. I've been hoping for a ramen house to open near us and was excited to give this place a try. I love spicy foodand the spicy miso did not disappoint. My daughter got the beef and spinach and she loved it. We split an order of bun (not tobe confused with Vietnamese bun) which has a fun cloud like texture. The eggs we're perfectly soft-boiled and had a velvetysmooth texture. The beef was very flavorful and practically melted in your mouth. That said, for two dishes and an appetizerit cost me over $60 plus a sub 16oz plastic glass of Thai iced tea was $6. The "King and I" Downtown Milwaukee charges $3. They are also charging a "minimum" 15% fee for eating in their establishment and 20% for groups larger than five. My home is 15minutes away so take out isn't really an option. The place was completely empty which I attribute to the high prices, additionalfees and the only mask wearing in the area.... But not because of the food. I do hope they read this and understand that Ienjoyed their food and I will definitely eat there again. But at that price, I will only come on my own or for specialoccasions for my kids who love ramen like I do. Wish them the best of luck ????. Read more

I ordered the salmon bowl, and a duck ramen to enjoy later for dinner. The food was very very fresh and delcious. This place was... a hidden gem, and exactly what I needed today. It did take a little prep time, but staff very friendly and helpful. The wholeexperience was fresh - authentic - and refreshing. The ramen was next level good, but it was so yummy I forgot to stop and takea picture. Read more

Ridiculously expensive for the portions they give you. $12 for four ounces on fried crab. $5 extra for a few pieces on eel in... your bowl. And after a $65 order they told me that I had to pay an extra $1.50 for each of my sauces to be on the side insteadof on top of the poke. I didn?t know how they would taste so I?d prefer to sauce the bowl myself. I ordered ramen and they gaveme a half of a container of broth, really? I really don?t think I will ever be back to this place. Very meh food for a crazycost. Read more

This place is fair/good. It is above average in quality and the portion size is good. The customer service is normal (which... isn?t a bad thing). The only issue is the pricing. Although I got the build your own, I believe it is a bit pricey, I genuinelybelieve that this place can get more traffic into the door if their prices were a bit lower. Perhaps just a dollar or two.Though, I understand their pricing as their food quality and quantity size does fill their bowls to the brim. this place is goodfor a treat once in a while. It is good for something to try out for a first time. The prices unfortunately would turn you awayfrom becoming a frequent eater here. Read more
