The ENTIRE staff is super friendly and the food is to die for! The flavors just linger on your palate and leave you craving... more. It is the ONLY sushi place I eat at in CO. The fish is super fresh and the salmon tastes like butter ????. Eat here, youwon?t regret it! I eat here weekly and have been there at all hours and I have seen them operate during slow and busy hours.They have 2 chefs that work tirelessly to get every order perfect (in appearance and taste) and then another 1-2 persons on waitstaff (small location). The wait staff not only take care of the patrons dining in but the togo orders that can really pile upon Fridays and Saturdays. They do close between 2:30-4:30 to allow for the staff a break and to prepare for dinner. Support yourlocal business, especially this one because they bring so much to this growing community!! Ban Sushi is an amazing local restaurant. They have a great sushi selection, at a very affordable price. In my opinion it is one... of the best restaurant in the Fountain area. It?s tucked away in a strip mall, you wouldn?t know it was there unless you werelooking for it. The service was good, and receive large portions of food for a very low price; the Bento boxes are very large. If you enjoy Japanese food or sushi, I highly recommend this local restaurant. Read more

Every bite was as delightful as my best sushi experiences fromall over! I?m am literally taken back with how impressed I am and absolutely cannot wait to be back!
