Hello, For some reason, this location of a major fast food chain does NOT believe in ?customer service?. My mother was there to... place an order via drive thru & also surveying the menus at the same time. During this time, she was interrupted by a rudeemployee about her taking too long ordering her food but yet no cars/customers were behind here. After the rude employee spokeat the window about her ?hurrying up? she informed him that she was reviewing the menu thoroughly and needed a little more timeand the employee responded that you need to order NOW! After she decided to leave from the lack of customer service. I decidedto call the place of business and report the bad mannerism she received to no avail. The manager ?John? ( if that was even hisreal name) insisted that he was not looking to help her/us and was going to call the police if we continued to demand propercustomer service. This location is a joke and it seems that BURGER KING is condoning this type of customer care/ behavior asthey hire this type of leadership. This is unfortunately the closest BK to me. I try to avoid this location but sometimes convenience dictates otherwise. The... service is slow and I've had too many wrong orders I've had to double-back and have them correct. But today takes the cake. Iput in an order on the app which included a TMobile Tuesday "Get a free Whopper or Impossible Whopper with $3+ purchase"promotion. The app doesn't allow for you to specify so you do that at the store. I pulled up to the squawk box and told them Ihad ordered on the app. The guy says to go to the last window. He didn't ask my preference for a Whopper or Impossible Whopper. When I pull up to the window I show the guy (older Hispanic gentleman) my receipt and tell him I want an Impossible Whopper. He says he's already made the Whopper so he can't throw it away. I asked him why he made the Whopper, and he says it's becauseI told him I wanted the Whopper (I didn't). He keeps blaming me saying he asked me if I wanted fries and a coke and he claims Iresponded no but that I wanted the Whopper (I didn't). I ask for the manager, but he claims to be the manager. Eventually heslams the window shut and he starts yelling at me in Spanish and yelling at his coworkers to get an Impossible Whopper. But hefixes the order. I just tried to go through the drive-through and what I mean by tried to go through the drive-through is that I sat at the... speaker for quite a while. I said hello about three different times when I realized I was not hearing anybody over the speaker.So I then I drove around to the window Where I saw that there was soapy water all over the floors, probably not the mosthygienic, but I was really really hungry. So finally a little girl comes to the window. I ask her if they are closed and shesaid no I said, OK your speaker in the back may not be working. She told me I had only been there for 10 seconds.
