Yesterday I went through the drive through and was rushed even though I was the only one in line. I placed my order for the 8... piece family meal and I also ordered a side order of shrimp and clams. When I got to the window to pay, I used Apple Pay and thelady at the window seemed to be annoyed because the Face ID didn?t catch because she was holding the machine too high up.Eventually the payment went through and she handed me my order. I waited a few seconds and she said ?that?s all mam that?s all ?so I thought everything was in my order. I got home and she left out the shrimp and clams (I hope she enjoyed them) And thefries were cold as they always are at this particular long John restaurant. I called and whoever I spoke to wanted me to go allthe way back and pick up what they kept and charged me for. I asked to be credited since I used a card and he refused and saidthat I needed to come pick it up. I wasn?t going to go back because it was raining and cold.
