Food was good but I've had better. tasted generic like it was pre-made. The service was spot on...
Bad customer service, i order a frappe coffee with a shot of expresso after 5 min they told me the expresso machine wasn't... working but they can still make the frappe with out it, I said yes, but I didn't see any attempts to return my money from theexpresso shot, when I asked, they said the only way to get a refund is to cancel the order. And I was ok, so? I told him I'm notgoing to paid for something I'm not getting, then the question mark in his face that make me mad, I told him, you know what Idon't want anything, cancel everything, with my order already done, he proceeded the refund and I walked out. What a uselessemployee, he was the manager. I bet it was a simple task and these people are so dumb to accomplish something so simple. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I was there waiting for my order in the lobby for 1hr and 45mins. I didn't ask much it was... just the spicy chicken sandwich. I just keep seeing people come and go ask for their refund since they got tired of waiting. Igot tired of waiting and got my refund. From all the multiple people they got there, you would of expect to go faster but nowrong. It's not the first time either I have gotten multiple times there and they always always mess up the order or gotta waitfor a while to get your order. Read more
