Can?t ever say enough good things about this place! Their new bartender Jonathan is fabulous. Best seitan cheesesteak in the... city hands down! Read more
What I will say is that the hostess and our waiter at least were friendly and were accommodating to our 6 person group, moving... around tables and chairs in their outdoor dining area to make room for us. That being said, it took a half hour of us beingseated before the waiter even came to take a preliminary order. We put in an order for drinks *and* all our food at that time.It took close to another 20 minutes to deliver the simple drinks (beer, cider) but we were told the last two drinks (a Shirleytemple and a cocktail) were on the way. Yeeaahhh... The food took a while longer to come out but we finally got it. And we werealmost *done* with our meals before the Shirley temple finally arrived. Still no sign of the cocktail. The roasted beet saladwas good, but nothing spectacular. The vegan wings were overly drowned in buffalo sauce, whereas the vegan meatball sub waslacking in sauce and on bread that was very tough to eat. Others had the vegan cheesesteak and they did enjoy that, but weresurprised that it was actually spicy. Ultimately we ended up asking the waiter to cancel the order for the cocktail, and askedfor the check. FINALLY the cocktail was ready and the waiter did bring it out at no charge. Given that my friend did not exclaimin ecstasy about how fantastic the drink was, I can safely assume that, even if it was good, it was not worth waiting almost anhour and a half to get. In total, for one round of drinks, and entrees only - no appetizers, no desserts - and hungry people whoscarved their food down, we were there over two hours. Doubt we'll be returning any time soon. Ran across this restaurant while walking the neighborhood. We were seated fairly quickly, but the experience went down hill... from there. From the watered down drinks to horrible service. We literally sat for over an hour and never received our food, yetpeople that were seated after us not only got there food, but left and new people sat down. When we asked our waiter what theETA was on our order he kept saying a few minutes but never produced anything. Not sure how long a burger and chicken fingerstake, but it never made it to our table. We also mentioned to him that people who came after us was already eating. It was notlost on us that we were the only African Americans being served... or not. I was excited about trying their menu, butunfortunately it never happened. I wish I could give them -10000 stars for treating us black in 2022. Read more
Solid spot. They were slammed but the staff did their best. Food was solid if unspectacular. No frills, which is a major plus.... Fries were amongst the best I've had in the city. Would def come again! Read more

I was headed to North Third when, no lie, a man standing outside said, "their food is pretty good and they have mimosas". So I... did what any sane woman would do and followed the unknown man inside. They indeed had all he promised. Very reasonably pricedand nice atmosphere. Read more
