Please do not eat here. I worked here through a shift I picked up because I am a traveling chef. This kitchen is dirty they put... the food the prep on the floor. Everything is all over the place nothing organized they are fake bougie the workers do not washtheir hands or use gloves so all the food is contaminated. So please be careful eating from here. Very disappointed in Amis. First, they did not have the wines they offered for Happy Hour nor did they have Aperol for the... Happy Hour featured Aperol Spritz. Ordered the Pasta Pairings for dinner only to learn they did not have the suggestedwine. Cacio e Pepe had very little Pepe...had to request pepper grinder. We stumbled upon Ami’s spontaneously on our drive home from KoP. It turned out to be a cozy and clean spot with amazing food... and service! My fiancé and I opted for bar seats on a Friday evening and were taken care of by Erica. She was super friendlyand made yummy drinks! When the food came out, it was perfectly warm and seasoned well.
