Stumbled upon this spot while in Philly, and it was great! Super high end with everyone dressed well (I was not, but nobody made... me feel out of place) with a great selection of cigars and even better selection of whiskeys. I understand mistakes happen, no one is perfect. It?s the lack of communication despite numerousattempts to resolve the issue via phone and email. I?m told the transaction doesn?t exist in their spreadsheet. I?ve sent themall relevant information, and it?s been over two weeks and no one has bothered to even follow up. Classless act and won?t beback. The silence speaks volumes, and at this point don?t bother refunding or reaching out to me, just do better.
