I was staying at Lowes so this was my go to restaurant. Once during breakfast found hair in my pancakes, told the server she... just replaced them with no conversation as if it was regular thing. Good food, limited vegan options. Super slow service. Read more

Relaxed atmosphere , fine dining , waiters were amazing! Food was exceptional everything was presented and tasted amazing!
The food and drinks here did not disappoint, especially the Branzino, which was excellent. Meanwhile, the staff on our visit... were decent, but a bit lacking in menu knowledge and attentiveness. The ambiance was the least appealing aspect of Bank andBourbon, which seemed bland and poorly situated near the busy Market Street entrance to the Loews Hotel. Read more

Had Thanksgiving dinner here due to a terrible work schedule that week making me unable to cook. My party enjoyed themselves and... the food was fine enough. Our server David was wonderful, though it took a full 25 minutes to have anyone initially greet ourtable for drinks. After that, he was attentive, polite, and well-timed. The meal was enjoyable enough (some items more flavorfulthan others), and they didn't mind that we took our time between courses. The cost of the meal was on the high side for 4 people(about $600 with drinks and tip), but it did the job. Read more
