If you live in the Baltimore area, do not hire through this company. They will text to say your order is 3 minutes away from... home. You will wait 15 minutes. When you try to call them, the number will be disconnected. They will call you 8 minutes laterto say they're coming. I know food delivery is non-contact but one would think they would have the decency to say that thedelivery has arrived while leaving it at the door. There wasn't even an apology. This company taught me a lesson not to ever tipuntil after service is rendered. Read more

They have a restaurant here in Baltimore (papi cusine) on there website I ordered food and when I arrived at the restaurant to... pick up my order they said they were not associated with black and mobile....so I had to order again directly from therestaurant website.....I am currently waiting for them (black and mobile)to refund my money.....if you live in Baltimore DO NOTUSE THIS WEBSITE.....I've contacted black and mobile thru the chat on their website I'm still waiting for them to respond Read more
