The ribs and brisket are well cooked and tender , however the amount of sauce placed on the meat was lacking. For those that... want meat fully covered by bbq sauce request extra sauce . The platters are moderately price however the size of the sides areon the smaller size . I wish they had a beef rib platter when I ordered I was informed that the beef ribs were only sold inslabs .
