I was sad they did not serve raw oysters here, but it was definitely made up for in customer service skills. I sat at the bar &... really got 5 star treatment from the servers. Had lunch with my bff it was mid afternoon very quiet atmosphere..very few people inside...but food came out hot and fresh.... Portions were large and we wound up taking home leftovers. It was a perfect lunch. Our waitress was efficient and polite andvery attentive.... she made our first visit to this location an excellent one. Parking is challenging but it didn't detractfrom the experience. I would come again. Also I would like to add that we initially were going to grab a bite at the Red RobinDiner across the street but we parked there around 2:30 and an employee came out to tell us they were closing at 3pm. Honestly, as a non-drinker (not by choice, little ones make thinking of being hungover an absolute fear) this place entices me.... My wife and I watch all the sports games from Philly at home but, I could see us sitting in this bar eating some crab friesbonding over the Eagles dynamite 8-1 season thus far. It?s cozy, and has 2 floors to it. Is very historic in terms of PhillyPride, the crab fries and cheese are out of this world, and it?s just a cool little bar to go with your sports buddies to.
