Order in person. Great experience! In and out with my bowl in less than 10 mins. Order online? Never again. The same order I... usually get, when ordered online is half the amount of food as usual. My double protien? Nope. Guac? Nope. I am not sure ifChipotle trains people to be cheap on the online orders but I will NEVER order a bowl online again. This is literally the best chipotle i have ever been to since 2016 when chipotles used to be good all the time. The people... working here are doing the lords work and are so quick and friendly while overpacking your burrito with the best food. It isalways so clean and they always have everything fully stocked and ready to get piled into your bowl. For real though, the peopleworking at this location are putting their entire souls into feeding Roxborough and it is much appreciated. Read more
Come in person: they skimp out on meat because they are trying to ration it out. Please anticipate needs when the place is busy.... Don?t ration out the last serving cause you think someone else will want to order it. If you order online, be prepared formissing items/ingredients. Chipotle was my favorite post workout meal before I started going to this location. Read more

It?s absolutely disgusting that this chipotle would serve this as ?guacamole?. I ordered through the app so didn?t see the... guacamole before ordering. The employee told me that they have been getting brown avocados. This isn?t brown avocados - this isDAYS and DAYS old. No employee should feel comfortable serving this to someone and the manager should ensure that qualityingredients are being used, or take them off the menu until they can be secured. I had to have the employee make me a new bowlbecause this is just gross. I didn?t even receive a refund for the guacamole. I was given a BOGO for next time. Simplydisgusting! Read more
