They do not listen or pay attention to what you order and are very slow. I only ordered a small latte, and multiple customers... got their food and drinks before me eventhough I paid ahead of them. My latte was just sitting on the back counter until Ispoke up, then they finished making my drink and it wasn't what I asked for. The worker apologized but then said a smart remarkto the co worker. They remade my drink and it tast like dish water. I wish I tasted while still in the store but I wastedenough time there. I will stick to the DD location I usually go to. Horrible! Donuts are dry and stale tasting. Sometimes they foget your entire order. More than some dont ware hair nets.
