I understand that people need jobs... obviously this is a family/friends operation taking register money... no care to the... paying customer. After waiting just to make an order... (I'm the only person in store besides employees)... the rude cashiersaid, Anytime You're Ready... I said Excuse Me? (she is a child to me) I was Ready when I walked in. Horrible employees...they don't listen to your order. Everytime I go there, I ask for my sandwich to be toasted with... butter...they never listen. And I have to talk very slow for them to catch on. Mind you...if you go to other Dunkin locationsthey listen just fine. Who hires these people...? Get our order's correct...that's all we ask. Plus the croissants be burnt,hard and crispy....If I go to the next location my sandwich be well cooked, slightly toasted and and added butter. Makecustomers food with more respect!
