I went to this location to get a hot pumpkin latte. I went inside the store because I like to have my latte without the lid... because if you look closely I've always experienced dust and little hairs on the lid. This time that I've went they refused togive me it without the lid even though it's my money and what I requested. This establishment is horrible. The mgr was upset about a misunderstanding with my rewards-shoved my bag in my hand. When asked... why is she upset - she walks away. They don?t like honoring the Dunkin app?s rewards and act like they have no clue about whatit is. It is a convenient location but I will not go there again. I?ve been late to work simply because of disputes over apprewards that I have earned and can clearly be seen on my phone.
