First time ordering from here. This location has changed names multiple times. I should of known as soon as I walked in to not... expect much. It doesnt smell like anyone is getting down in the kitchen. My sides were lukewarm and its crazy because I waited15-20 minutes for it. The bbq beef ribs were alright its smoked. The collard greens were good. The string beans were nasty likemush and salty I guess you can say overcooked. The potato salad my husband was not a fan and neither was I. And the reviewsabout the mac and cheese was accurate dry and just a no. The bbq chicken was dry, salty and tasted to me it was old. Yams wereokay weird after taste. Just a disappointment overall and feel like I wasted my money $50 for two beef rib platters. And weactually drove a little way to try it out. Wont be a returning customer especially if Tasting it in the car I knew I would haveto reheat my food. Im kinda upset but will try not waste my food. Ughhhhhhh Read more

They had a loyal customer when they were Uptown BBQ. But this new menu isn't right and the food's taste is not good at all. It's... the same owner and cook, the one that everyone is saying is rude which I never got from him, just a little uptight. But the newway he's cooking the food made it unworthy of a second trip or even finishing my very expensive platter. They lost another loyalcustomer. Read more

This food was horrible it was the worst soul food that I have ever tasted in my 49 years of living and my fiancé pulled apart... his hard fried requested chicken And it was pink on the inside and slimy. The string beans taste like they were soaked invinegar and were so soggy like they sat overnight and were just warmed up. Also, I don?t know if they ran out of cheese or theyare trying to stretch but the macaroni and cheese was worse than boxed macaroni and cheese no frills an expired. I will never inlife eat from this establishment again. 33$ Down the drain. Do not waste your time or money eating here you have beenwarned.look at them acne cheese it looks seasoning with Mrs Dash Read more
