Me, my boyfriend Phillip and 2 other friends dined here and the food was ok shrimp was a bit bland and could have been fried... harder, but not bad for the 4 of us the tab was $90 decent prices we left a $20 cash tip this is where the terrible servicebegins we asked the waitress to split the bill evenly between us couples. My boyfriend paid $45 and the other guy $45. Shebrought both receipts out to sign and they both said $45 each ( $90 total) we left and didn't think nothing of it until a fewdays later my boyfriend checked his account and $90 had been charged to his account. We immediately look at the receipt again tomake sure it said $45 and I called my friend and asked was he charged he said yes and sent me a screenshot of $45 taken....sothey took $135 total $45 from my friend and 90 from my boyfriend. This seems very shady we immediately went back up there andspoke to a manager and explained the situation she said she would look into it and should be fixed in a couple days, it wasn't.So my boyfriend called back another lady said she,would look into it and call back she didn't. On top of that all their customerservice sucked they all had attitude like we did something wrong, yall are the ones who stole our money, no apology or problemfixed Nothing. Everything that I anticipated ordering from the menu was not being offered. I did order the shrimp & fries...shrimp was very... good. They offered side condiments ketchup and cocktail sauce but I prefer tartar sauce, which they didn't have any.The waitress& service was awesome. Read more
My mom ordered the $13.00 jumbo pretzel . She shared it with her friends and me . They thought the pretzel was a low okay, I... didn?t like it at all. We all agreed that it had a funny taste ( hard to describe ) and just wasn?t fresh, buttery with a greatpretzel taste.. but I must add the live karaoke band was soooooo much fun!! We hung out here since we had to kill some time after dropping the kids off at The Fillmore for a concert. Friday night was... pretty jumping. Live band and good food. Moderately priced. Nice view of the river. The chocolate chip ice cream skillet wasfantastic. Read more

My husband is a poker player and Rivers gave him a large food voucher to use by the end of the week. We decided to try Jack's... Wednesday night and we're not disappointed. We ordered the pretzel and cheese steak egg rolls which were delicious. I had ribsand he had the salmon. Both were scrumptious. Brownie skillet for dessert was awesome. There was a great Motown band playingand people were up dancing. So lively!!! Great view of the river also. (Even if it is the Delaware ????) We ordered filet andvodka pasta with chicken to take home and they were both yummy. Our server (I'm sorry I forget her name, but thinking Diane?? Amiddle aged woman with glasses) was amazing.
