This is my favorite spot! I get them fresh. The manager/owner has good customer service.
When the employees use the proper recipe, you can't beat Little Caesar pizza--and it's inexpensive! But maybe this is the... reason LCs in the Philadelphia area are so poorly managed and eventually close. At our last city site, we always ordered andpaid on their app and gave advance notice of pick-up time--but it was still a long wait! Why? And recently, we can't even orderon the app OR on the phone! What's up with that?!?!?! So last night we ordered from the Glenolden location, despite the mostlynegative reviews. The pizza was ready on schedule, and the gentleman at the counter was pleasant and helpful. The stuffed crustpepperoni and the thin crust with veggies were not the Best Ever, but at least they were what we ordered! It was worth the25-minute one-way drive. Little Caesar's corporation, if you hired enough staff and paid your "managers" and cooks better,necessitating the retail price of the products to increase, you'd have more professional employees; your sites would not befloundering; and your loyal customers would return, along with new ones. I utilized the online application to order our pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni pizza ???? however the cashier was very rude &... disrespectful to everyone I seen him encounter including myself. It was a Friday night when I went to this place. It was really busy it seemed to be understaffed because the cashier would take... an order and then run in the back to make a pizza and then take another order then run to the back again to make another pizzaorder. I highly suggest ordering ahead if it's a Friday night. There is barely anything ready made. The owner should reallythink about getting a pizza portal at this location to take the stress off the staff and not inconvenience customers waiting forthe cashier. Read more
