After being diagnosed with hypertension I have to eat a low salt diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables. Lucky for me this... shop is in the neighborhood and they make juice and smoothies and healthy food. Drinking beer vegetable juice and eating theveggie chicken wings is filling and has also helped my condition. They also sell sea moss which is good for your immune system.Everything is made fresh but you have to call first. Prices are reasonable and the food is good even though it?s no sodium. Read more
Their food is a tad expensive but delicious. I think they need to open another location in Center City or Northern Liberties.... They need one store in every neighborhood! It's so good! Warning prices are a tad high but understandable with the cost of fruittoday. I've only had the General Tso and it's delicious but more like a sweet chili sauce. Read more
I ordered fish & grits and a calm down juice. Unfortunately my grits were undercooked so I had to throw them out but the fish... was really good (just please consider adding less sodium). Love this place! I?ve had it before when ordering smoothies from Uber eats but today my girlfriend and I decided to drive up... after a workout. Curbside pickup is the only option right now so call ahead if you wanna get it yourself. Staff is very nice andI love that there?s a vegan/healthy spot in the area where it?s usually so limited.
