Having gone here in the past I was hopeful that it would be the same great taste, and same quality. I had read recent reviews... hoping they were a few rare circumstances, but thats not the case. I ordered cheesesteak eggrolls, and a stromboli for the wifeand I, along with paying an extra dollar for a side of sauce- when picking it up I did ask, did yall make sure to put the extraside of sauce in? (knowing thats often an honest mistake)...and the guy said "yup, I just did it myself". Honestly, it was goodand quality food, but 1) no side of sauce 2) they mixed up the toppings in our stromboli (chicken and pepperoni instead ofsausage) 3) I'm not sure what the cheesesteak eggrolls were...but 2 of the 3 were chicken and looked like buffalo, the third onewas clearly steak and different. Pizza is pizza. It really isn?t hard to mess it up and the majority of places are variants of the same delicious cheesy dish. So... I thought. But then I tried this pizza. Bland is a word that applies to so many aspects of this pizza. The crust is overcookedand flavorless. The spread of sauce is thin to non existent under the overcompensated layer of cheese. There are plenty of otherplaces to get pizza in Manayunk. But again it?s pizza so no one can truly get 1 star. Read more
I don't know about the pizza, (and I don't trust negative reviews that say "too much cheese"... is it even possible for pizza to... have too much cheese?), but it's the only place I order pasta dishes from. The Stuffed Shells and Eggplant Parmigian entrees areboth great. Read more
I got a small cheese pizza and I do not recommend it at all. It tastes much worse then freezer pizza. The dough is not evenly... cooked and neither firm nor doughy. The sauce is not flavorful, and the surprisingly the cheese was also bland. Read more
