Absolutely ridiculous, im not one to post crazy complaints. However i decided to go inside because of the immense line piling up... at the drive through. It took more than 20 minutes for them to take my order, which I can't comprehend because there wereliterally 10-15 people messing around, yelling at eachother, etc. But I'm a pretty patient person so I waited. And waited. Andwaited. Then as I sat there, Maybe one other person in the store also waiting for food. Horrible customer service. Employees are not wearing hairnets. One employee was touching her nose and then touched the food.... Another employee scratched her scalp and then proceeded to touch food.
