I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was all bread and definitely not like it was pictured. Mac and cheese was lukewarm.
The staff told me all Panera locations in Philadelphia have their free Wi-Fi turned off by their corporate office from 11 AM to... 2 PM! I have used free Wi-Fi in many Paneras all over the country and many other businesses all over the world, and I?ve neverheard of a place that has free Wi-Fi turned off during certain hours! The Google description for Panera even says Panera isknown for its free Wi-Fi, so shame on them for turning it off so people cannot have a productive work lunch! This location wasalso out of to-go hot drink lids, had no toilet paper in the women?s restroom at 9 AM, and has no cups out so you can get yourown drink? as the ordering screen tells you to do.
