DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This location HORRIBLE! My pizza never arrived, was hung up on multiple times and told they coudn't give... me a refund that night. Called the next day for a refund that never went through! I am contesting the credit card charge. Read more
Terrible. Ordered a small pizza on a tuesday night and it took an hour and a half to be delivered. It was cold when i got it.... There is barely any sauce on the pizza. And i ordered extra marinara sauce on the side, it costs 1.50 and literally came halffull. TRASH Read more
Unfortunately, this place is inconsistent preparing one's food and filling orders. Some days it's prepared well and other days... not. Today neither Papadilla had the extra meat ordered, one had mushrooms when it should not, the other was missing the extracheese, and one was very spicy when not ordered spicy. Disappointed. Read more
The worst PaPa John?s Pizza I have ever ordered. Doordash delivers for them with no bags to keep food warm so it?s cold and... late. They don?t have a clue how to make a pizza. My thin crust veggie pizza was loaded with tomato?s & cheese and no otherveggies. It weighed a ton and not at all what the Pacific veggie pizza should look like. When I call to complain at noon on afootball Sunday I am told by some guy I can?t understand that I should call back because the manager will not be in till after5pm. This store is by far the worst Papa Johns ever in history. I ordered 2 pizzas online and used my Papa Dough Points, but the... delivery driver only delivered 1 pizza. I called about my order and they gave me the run around and stated that I would have tocome in and pick up my pizza. Not only did I tip the delivery driver, but I ordered delivery. Who in their right mind wants tocome pick up a pizza that they ordered delivery for? Who's to say that they have that way of transportation to get to the storethey ordered the delivery from. Not only was I not able to speak with a manager, but also the customer service number just keepstelling me to call back because they have a heavy call volume. I will never ordered from this store again. And the deliverydriver needs to be fired. This stores customer service is very off. I never got accommodated for their failure to do their jobor the inconvenience of me having to coming all the way up to the store just to get any action at all. They told me I had tocall back after 5pm for a manager, as if I wasn't missing food and wasn't a paying customer. They did not wanna comp me and Ihad a hard time getting my Papa Dough back even though I never received my full order. AND I am still not sure if they sent myPapa Dough back to my account. This is not the first or the 2nd bad encounter I had with this store. And I would not recommendit to anyone else. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating. Read more
