Great cheese steak. The fries are delicious and very tasty. Even an hour later the fries were good.
Terrible customer service. I called to let them know that the hoagie I received could not be eaten like a hoagie due to manner... in which bread was cut, looks like piece of roll is missing. Person on the phone sounded annoyed and abruptly interrupted mydescription to ask "ok what would you like?" Annoyed by her annoyance, I let her know that I only wanted to informed them whathappened, so that they would be aware that something like this is improper to serve customers. They are rude,ignorant and unprofessional.If for any reason there is a problem with your order MANAGEMENT will... instruct you to never call again.The kitchen is Filthy and the food is HORRIBLE.
