Horrible experience. We receives 4 overcooked burgers that we ordered medium rare and rare. We ordered regular fries that were... missing. I called up and they said sorry nothing we can do. Manager wouldn't even get on phone. Upsetting to spend over $70 onfood and was trying to support a business and basically they take advantage of it. Read more
Ordered food and was told it was delivered over an hour ago. The person I talked to said I?m sorry, I can?t help you, so here?s... your money back. No explanation as to who delivered it, or why I never got it. Didn?t offer to send another order. Awfulresponse. I know the food service has been hit hard, but it would?ve been nice to at least get an answer. Especially after over2 hours of waiting. Thanks for nothing. We called for pick up. Arrive from West Mt airy, and we got our food right away and when we got home burgers still warmed.... Taste and textures were incredible delicious. The customer service here is unprecedented! I forgot my shake and cookies and an employee drove them to my house even though it... was after hours without even being asked. The food is always amazing with great vegan options too. Cookies and shakes aredelicious too! Read more
