Paid $5 more than what was on the menu, then got a fried onion steak with a few shreds of chicken... never going back!!!
My husband called to place an order and the guy that answered to take the order was extremely rude! We ignored the first... rudeness then we went on to order and the guy continued to give attitude and rudeness, I no longer wanted to place the orderanymore and advised my husband to hang up.. I called back from my phone and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, thegirl that answered advised me that it was the owner that we initially spoke with, I was absolutely in disbelief after hearingthat it was the owner giving such rudeness to a customer! The worst experience ever!!! Knowing that an owner give such customerservice is a disgrace and I will never order from a place like this, this is one that will get to the MEDIA no matter what Ihave to do, no owner should have the place to give service in that way!!!! I usually order a cheesesteak hoagie with everything no mustard which is usually GREAT but idk if they have someone new cooking... but every single time i order now they get it wrong . I just had a cheesesteak hoagie WITHOUT CHEESE ???? or condiments ????like no mayo , no ketchup , no salt , no pepper literally JUST meat , lettuce and tomatoes between bread . I called , they saidthey were closed and i told them I?m not ordering and that they messed up my order . They said bring it back . Before giving memy money back the owner inspected the food , agreed there?s no cheese then said that i didn?t ask for anything else i told him isaid everything no mustard and he said ?if you don?t say it we won?t put it on there? he offered to put the food back on thegrill lol but how would that taste ?
