Just ordered from UberEats. As many times that I've been to Popeye's, I've NEVER done a review. I must say that today was the... BEST Popeye's I've EVER had. Never had I ever had a problem like this ! believe me this place is great fast pace and great workers until last night. I... ordered on the ( Popeyes App ) not DoorDash. I did it before and it was great and everything was quick and easy. Came to get myfood by the time it said it?ll be done by 10:00 pm. And they close in 30 mins. Door was locked but window pick up was open. Toldmy number and showed my order. They said it?s not here?? Repeated the address and still says it?s not here but they had the nextnumber to mines. Weird right ?? So I?m like okay so who came and got it ? They gonna say a DoorDash person and it was a girllike me ?? , until they started speaking in their language and laughing. So unprofessional. I even told them if you think I?mlying then I?ll pay again for my order because this is a shame. Tried to keep my cool until they repeated and said ? u sure udidn?t get it or a friend ?? , the boss came out and was trying to figure it out. He turned around and told everyone to makesure next time to give the right order to people. If it?s the app or DoorDash. Whoever worked on Friday September 10th 2022 closing shift (I ordered around 930pm) they did the damn thing, our whole order was... correct (which never happens) & it was packed neatly, nothing was super greasy, they packed napkins and even threw in the honeypackets and jelly for the biscuits,. all in all we were SO HAPPY with our order that night. I only wish it was always that way,99% of the time our orders will be missing drinks or sides, or it would be super greasy. Read more

On my second or third visit it appeared that the crew was in training. This Popeye's has such a high volume and busy environment... that the crew got frazzled easily. They got my order wrong, the crew chief fixed the order by giving me parts with more bonesthan meat. Overall, I do not believe I will be returning to the Cheltenham Ave location. Read more
