We were just there buying chicken, they said they were out of Mac and cheese which was ok. The person behind us ordered Mac and... cheese and miraculously they had Mac and cheese. The person at the register said they only had a little ( which is the side wewanted small sized ) when my husband said something they ignored us and gave it to the person behind us! How do I only get 2 sauce packs for 22 pieces of chicken? Then why are you charging me more for something that says $1 cheaper.... Asked for dark meat so why I only got thighs and drums, where was my wings at. You can't even use promotions because the storeisn't link to offers. The chicken was ok, more of the crispy than chicken. The side portions got smaller. Biscuit didn't taste fresh. Prices went up.... The store was nice. Looked clean. The young man who took my order was very nice. The woman (Manager?), not so much so. Read more
They are Rude, expensive, gave me 2 sauces for 22 pieces of chicken. We received dirty looks from the cashier. And was also... charged two dollars extra. When we gave us our food they said ?Here? and threw the food in the counter. I feel this may be ascam of a Popeyes with all the mysterious charges, rude employees and horrible customer service. Obviously by the reviews you already know your food is disgusting you should have zero. Why has management not addressed this... horrible service at this location. We were just at the Popeyes paired with fives guys on Grant and it was amazing. We won?t beback to this location. I suggest if you want food you can eat drive 2.5 miles up the road. Read more
