This spot has a great selection of healthy baked and prepared food. Everything they use for their ingredients is all locally... sourced and procured. All their sauces are made on the spot (try the homemade BBQ that is naturally sweetened with honey). Theytypically offer a platter with a meat option, grain option, and two sides (i recommend the asian cole slaw, it has a seaweedlike appeal flavor). This place functions great for office take out, grab a meal and head back to the office or over to cityhall patio to enjoy it. The staff here is incredibly cordial and friendly and show a willingness to serve you with a smile andsee to it you have a nice meal to enjoy. This is one of my go to lunch spots in the city. The food is superb, healthy, and almost entirely gluten free! The staff are all... kind and friendly as well. If you want a delicious meal you can feel good about this is the spot. I can't recommend RFE enough. Read more

Great food...but! I ordered through Ritual. The order was ready before I got there and freshly made. I had put into ritual... review that everything was great because it was...Until I took a bite of the lemon herb chicken. It was super mushy and dry :(.Last time, I got the chicken it was delicious. I've loved everything I've had from RFE. The food is fresh, well seasoned, perfectly cooked - overall just quality food that... gives you energy to get through the day without making you feel bloated and sluggish. Old account but anyway my name is Dee and I've been going to real food eatery for a year now and I was diagnosed with diabetes... about a year ago and had to find a healthy place to eat and real food was perfect. Well last week I went to real food and wasgetting some dinner to take home as I always after work which I also ate lunch there earlier that day well this particular timethe owner was working the register and I order two sides of broccoli which he rang up 11.88 so I said to him that's not rightcause I got the same thing yesterday and paid less then I said to him why would I cheat myself when a whole bowl with a basetwo sides and a protein is 10.69 then this man got angry with me told me that I was giving him a hard time which was not true hetotally embarrassed me in front of other customers I called him a lier cause that never happened I have never had a badexperience with this place before it's sad that this a happened infront of customers and employees he set a real good examplefor the ones that work for him and to top it off I still spent more than 11.88 so it was never was about the price and this wasafter the embarrassment happened I spend more than a hundred dollars a week and monthly even more but no longer I will nevereat here again ????
