So far this is my favorite Starbucks in Philly and that?s because of the friendliness of the people there
Ordered an unsweetened iced tea, got a sweetened one. Acted like she was doing me a favor by fixing the order, quite bothered.... No apology. Some people just obviously hate their job. Company should make room for some who would at least act courteously andsomewhat friendly. Management might make an effort to read these reviews as well. Read more
I am never going back to this Starbucks. 1st time I stopped into this location I asked for an ice coffee extra almond milk. The... barista could not get the order right and ended up having to make the drink over 8 times. Her attitude was horrible and gettingworse by the minute. I kept asking her can I go over the order with you please but she kept ignoring me. Then she would put thedrink down in front of me. I will not pay starbucks prices for my order to be wrong and I take it just because you have anattitude. She finally asked for help and my order was done in less than a minute after that. My 2nd time I had the sameexperience of rudeness from a male barista this time. I was waiting for my order to be ready and he looked up at me and said "are you waiting for food you keep staring at me" wow is this how you talk to paying customers. I grabbed my coffee and statednever again. This starbucks is in a perfect location for me to grab a coffee before heading home. I would rather go out of myway then go back to this one. I have never been to a Starbucks this poorly managed. The employees could care less about the customers, they are too busy... having a party behind the counter to actually do their jobs. Will not return, STARBUCKS-will you do something, or just brush itunder the rug as usual?? Read more
