Very cute restaurant. The food was excellent, but it took quite a long time to come and there was a little bit of shell in the... spicy crab pasts. Otherwise, I loved this place and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Read more
They were crowded, but the staff is exceptional and so is the food. Those meatballs truly melt in your mouth and the shipped... salad was sooooo good. Really enjoyed the blood orange margarita ( I got 3), chicken parm was delicious as well. Read more

I don't have many complaints about the food here. The bread served at the beginning was burned at the bottom, meaning black.... That bread should not have been served at all. Also my server completely mixed the order up, we got our pastas 35-40mins laterand the pastas we're mixed up but we decided to go for it. The octapus appetizer was good, the octapus very tasty but not allof the beans were well-cooked because they were not tender. The was something in the taste that was off-balance, taking a bitaway fromt the dish. My sausage rigatoni a la vodka was very tasty and al dente as it should. The gemelli with the pistachiopesto was ok, no complaints really but the pistachio was not very forward and you couldn't really taste it that much. Thegnocchi was tender, a bit down on salt, but the chickpeas and the arrugula contributed some freshness that this dish desperatelyneeds to cut through the butter. The tiramisu was ok. I have tasted much better, but I can't say it was bad. Their cocktailsare decent and decently priced. Their pasta is a bit overpriced although the portions are generous. My major issue with thisplace is that it is a bit basic. Is it tasty? Yes. Is it exceptional in terms of technique and flavor-profile and complexity?No. Does it compare to places in Philly like Osteria and Fiorella? No. I would go again because my rigatoni was very tasty andI had had less tasty simple dishes from more famous Italian restaurants. Read more

We joined for brunch on a Sunday and sat outside. Service was good with a friendly host and server. We started with mushroom... toast. It was tasty though the ricotta was a little thin in texture. The carbonara was delicious, the sauce held up well. Thepolenta was cooked to perfection and the over easy eggs are a great addition. The eggs themselves could have been cooked a bitmore as there were still so clear bits to the egg.
