Cashier was great. Picking up the food not so great. The server got a nasty attitude because I thought I was supposed to show... her the receipt...she barked that I trash it if I don't want it because what she going to do with it.... So I trashed it and anyhopes of returning as a customer. Terribly slow. Terribly, Terribly, Terribly SLOW!!!!!!!!!I was in line for over 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. This is... not Fridays. These are not gourmet orders or even fast casual food. Why does it take SO LONG?!?!?! The girl then said she wascounting her drawer?as I waited to pick up a simple mobile order. Whose coming up with these business practices??? Gave the order name at the drive thru they told us to pull up but couldn?t find the order. I get when it?s late and a place is... understaffed but we did a mobile order and they claimed they didn?t have it. And instead of just asking us what we ordered andmaking it right they argued with us and said you have to contact Wendy?s. We repeatedly gave the name for the order and Ishowed them the mobile receipt and it made no difference. It was just the lack of customer service to a place we come to oftenbecause we work late nights a few days a week. I dunno I?ve never had issues with this location besides the slow moving lines. Haven't had fast food in a bit and decided on Wendy's. This location seems to be getting back on track. I was in and out in a... short amount of time. Order was right and food was good, no complaints. The drive thru was pretty busy and seemed to be movingat a decent pace. Hopefully they keep moving in the right direction. Read more
