If I could give this place a zero I would. As I feel scammed out of $625 . I purchased ticket for a group of people to have... brunch the weekend of my birthday. About 2 hrs before the brunch I was notified that it would be cancelled due to inclementweather. As upset as a I was because I had friends from out of state who came to celebrate with me , I explained that to theowner who said she would give me the refund for the people who lived out of state and couldn?t attend another one . For those ofus who don?t she offered for us to attend another day for an all white party . The event was to be from 4pm-7pm because it wasan all white ?party? . Being that it was reschedule I had to attend after work that Saturday so I arrived around 5pm , which tomy knowledge an event that runs from 4pm-7pm should of still been going on. Upon arrival , after I and my friends walked incenter Philadelphia in all white with heels on, No one , absolutely no one was at the venue, gates were even locked . I reachedout to the owner numerous of time and received no call back , the manager of the Baltimore location reached out to me twice andasked if the manager to this location ever got back to me . She never did . I emailed her multiple times no response sheoriginally told me I would get my refund for some of the group 09/19/2022 and to reach out to her if I didn?t , I did multipletime and got no response. This is unprofessionalism at it?s best. I love supporting small business owners but boy have I learnedmy lesson. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would. My review is totally based on my experience and interaction with the owner which in... my opinion matters a lot because she DOES NOT have any customer service and is very rude and unprofessional. I came for abirthday brunch on 5/13 and it was raining badly. There were puddles, the seats and tables were wet, and it was no way tocomfortably enjoy the space. The owner did not cancel the event due to rain. When I arrived and approached her to discuss myconcern as I was advised by the hostess, she immediately told me she WAS NOT speaking with me and that the brunch was going onand someone else could help me find my seat. I attempted to tell her I already spoke to someone and they directed me to her andshe continued to rant things that I couldn?t even understand as she continued to walk away from me and waving me away. Never inmy life have I attended something and the owner refuse to speak with a customer. I would never support this business and Iwouldn?t advise anyone else to either. I read the reviews and saw someone state that there was poor customer service. I guessshe picks and chooses when to be hospitable and when not to. However, buyer be aware. Read more
This experience is worth the cost of the ticket to get in. Very professional staff. Lovely decor. Great ambiance. The food and... drinks were great. I came here for my birthday and I was COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED. The decor is nice but that's about it. Tickets for brunch was $125... which was supposed to include live entertainment, unlimited cocktails, unlimited specialty drinks, unlimited mimosas, a custombackdrop, and brunch. The food was cold and terrible I left hungry and there was no alcohol. They served fish eye and Gallowine and charged $150 for a bottle of moet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE.
