Harbor View is a staple of Phillips. It is a really good bar and grill with fantastic views of the lake. I enjoyed the chicken... on my last trip, ate most of it and I was stuffed. Friends had burgers and salad, it all looked good. Pretty basic beer listbut don't let that from stopping you from trying Harbor View. Read more

Overall Harbor View has been a favorite spot to visit. The bar service was very good but the food service was a little off.... Minor issues: wrong dressings were brought to us; I asked for no cucumbers and there were loads of them. Again nothing terribleand these issues were rectified immediately. It's still one of our favorite places in Phillips and we will definitely go backagain. You won't go wrong by going here. Enjoy! Read more
