Since the reopen I've been here about 2 dozen times. I've had an issue with my order every time. Sometimes items are missing,... sometimes items are made wrong, most of the time just poor quality of their spicy chicken sandwich. 5 times I've filled outsurveys hoping it would improve, but it still hasn't. Refused to give my doordash driver my order even though she showed them proof it was an active order. Last time i was there in... paid for an eight count of jalapeño poppers and a whopper. They gave me nuggets and a whopper junior. Consistently thingsmissing in my room order, sauces missing. They try to charge meals as all separate items. I go to this burger king every couple months this time I waited at the driver thru speaker longer than norma and it wasn't busy.... I ordered dinner for my s/o and myself with a few extras. When I got it home, not far, the fries were cold, the onion rings coldand rubbery. The chicken hardly had any lettuce and just a line of mayo. We weren't happy this time around. Read more
