Service was good, but the burgers were stale, the beef was dry and flavorless.
Haven?t had Carl?s Jr. in sometime and decided to come here for lunch. Got I got into the lobby and saw a worker who walked ... away from me. Had enough time to look over the menu 3x before someone came out to take my order, who was on her phone when shecame out (a little unprofessional) took my order and the price on the screen was different from what i was charged. Sat down andlooked at my receipt and they charged me a gratuity with out having my permission. Really type a couple of buttons on a screenand 5 min later I get my food. Where the gratuity needed. No one came to my table to take my order got my drink or even did arefill. All for incompetence of workers. Such a scam. Will not go back there again for that scandalous act. Read more
