Waited 40 min and the ladies in the drive thru never took down my order they had to ask me about 4 times what I ordered. I only... went here because I?m pregnant and was craving ice cream I also ended up getting honey bbq chicken strips and got food POISONING. The texture of the chicken did seem off but I looked and the strips were white in the center. I got all the signs of foodpoisoning stomach pain non stop vomiting dehydration fever and diarrhea. If i could give half a star i would. I usually only post good ratingings!! Ordered through drive thru, took an hour to get 2... bannana splits, a meal a brownie thing and a small blizzard. Not only did it take forever, at least 4 people drove out of theline, one truck hitting another vehicle in process!! The staff did not smile, were rude, behaved as though someone died, wereslow as humanly possible, did not include my butterfinger blizzard, then after i called back asked do you have a reciept- nothey did not give me one, then lady said i was not charged for one? Ok idk but ordered one then repeated order like 5 times???Then the bannana slit had stale nuts, ice cream was melted maybe had 2 tablespoons of unmelted ice cream and one did not haveordered toppings, ironically fries with meal were cold!!! We have been coming to this DQ for over 15 years, might have to takethe drive to go to busters for happy, smiling employee's that have some element of customer service and quality unmelteddesserts.. bty ordered food at about 7-8:20 pm.tonight i wasted about $30.00 dilly bars was the only thing worth it. We have been going to this dairy queen for over 10 years and we have seen the service decline but today was the worst I have... ever experienced. The line was out to the street. We waited over 30 minutes to place the order and once we placed the order wewaited another 15 minutes. Once we got to the drive thru window the girl made us wait like 5 minutes before she took our paymentand we waited another 6 minutes for the ice-cream. They never flipped the ice-cream and our ice-cream was more like a milkshake. I was able to observe from the car two girls with headset, not taking orders and a lady with dreadlocks not doinganything at all while the line was out to the street. I saw about six cars leaving. The service was the worst and the girlworking the cash register was working in slow motion. None of the employees cared that the customers were waiting a long time. I did not complain to them as i don't believe they would have cared what I had to say. I really hope that you fix this problemof people not doing their job and not caring about the customers. Waited 20 min for ice cream at dairy queen which is an ice cream restaurant to get no ice cream. Dissatisfaction, things happens... and I understand but reviews are about the experience and I am not pleased. By far the worst experience of my vacations. Sadlydisappointed and I don't recommend that particular store, at least ten customers were turned away from having no ice cream. Read more
